Nestled in the peaceful foothills of Athens County, The Barn at Joy Creek is a small, private horse boarding facility offering top-quality care in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Located just outside Sharpsburg, Ohio, we are conveniently situated 25 minutes from Athens/Ohio University, 40 minutes from Marietta, and 35 minutes from McConnelsville.
Our boarding includes:
• Daily turnout (weather permitting)
• Kalmbach Performance feeds
• Grass/alfalfa mix hay in slow-feed nets
• Stalls cleaned daily
• Fresh water provided daily
• Blanketing, fly masks, and administering owner-provided supplements
• Wash rack with hot water
• Large tack locker per stall
• 60’x120’ indoor arena
• Outdoor sand arena
• Access to regularly scheduled farrier, chiropractor, PEMF, and massage services (at owner’s expense)
